The invention relates to a safe window control platform based on image processing, which comprises a first humidity sensor, a second humidity sensor, a proximity sensor, a metal sheet, a motor driver and a direct current motor, wherein the first humidity sensor outputs real-time outdoor humidity; the second humidity sensor outputs real-time indoor humidity; the metal sheet is arranged at the top of an inner frame of a window; the proximity sensor is arranged at the upper edge of a glass main body of the window; when the upper edge of the glass main body approaches to the metal sheet, the proximity sensor outputs a proximity prompt signal; the motor driver controls operation of the direct current motor; the direct current motor controls ascent or descent of the glass main body; and the motor driver determines a motor driving signal transmitted to the direct current motor based on outputs of the first humidity sensor, the second humidity sensor and the proximity sensor.
