Abstract

The invention discloses a microemulsion for delaying oxidizztion of feed oil and a preparation method thereof. The microemulsion is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 15% of fat-soluble antioxidant, 1.5 to 4% of water-soluble antioxidant, 30 to 50% of oil grease, 0.5 to 2% of synergist, 20 to 40% of emulsifier, 5 to 15% of co-emulsifier, and 5 to 15% of water, wherein the fat-soluble antioxidant is selected from at least one of BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), DLTP (dilauryl thiodipropionate) or TBHQ (tert-butyl hydroquinone); the water-soluble antioxidant is selected from at least one of tea polyphenol or grape seed extract; the effective ingredient of the grape seed extract is oligomeric proanthocyanidins. The microemulsion has the advantages that the water-soluble antioxidant, the fat-soluble antioxidant and the synergist are prepared into the microemulsion, the problem of use limitation of the water-soluble antioxidant in feed oil is solved, and the oxidization of the feed oil is delayed by the synergistic action of water-soluble antioxidant and fat-soluble antioxidant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and in particular relates to a microemulsion for delaying the oxidation of feed oil and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Feed oil is a high-quality high-energy feed, and feed oil is mainly divided into animal fats and vegetable fats. Feed fish oil is a kind of animal fat, which is mainly a by-product of fish meal processing, rich in a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Since fish oil for feeding contains many pro-oxidative components, such as trace amounts of metal ions and oxidation products of fish oil, compared with other oils, fish oil for feeding is more likely to induce oxidation and rancidity. Animal feed contains a variety of pro-oxidation factors that promote the oxidation of fish oil for feed, thereby deteriorating the feed, producing a special hala taste, affecting the palatability ...
