Abstract

The invention provides a sensing device for detecting electro-vibration of an electric appliance. The sensor comprises an isolated chamber, a detection sensor, a vibration transmitting rod, a sleeve and a spring, wherein the detection sensor is arranged in the isolated chamber, the vibration transmitting rod transmits an electro-vibration signal to the detection sensor, the front end of the vibration transmitting rod extends out of the front end of the sleeve, and the spring is arranged in the sleeve and used to realize reciprocal motion of the vibration transmitting rod. The sensing device is small and light, highly resistant to environmental vibration and environmental noise interference, high in detecting accuracy and efficiency and repeatability, capable of detecting weak electro-vibration signals of the electric appliance as well as vibration characteristics of a narrow area in the electric appliance, and suitable for detecting the electro-vibration of the electric appliance online in manufacture and operation processes of the electric appliance; and thus, whether a working state of the electric appliance is normal is detected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vibration detection, in particular to a sensing device for detecting electrical vibration of electrical appliances. Background technique [0002] Electrical appliances usually vibrate and cause noise when they are powered on. This vibration is called electro-induced vibration of electrical appliances. It is a key parameter that reflects the quality of electrical appliances and their working status. Before leaving the factory, many electrical appliances have to undergo vibration testing in the energized state to judge whether their quality is qualified and whether the vibration noise meets the specified noise standards. Electro-induced vibration detection has become the main means of quality control in the electrical production process. The environment of the electrical appliance production workshop is complex, and there are various vibration sources and noise sources. These environmental vibrations and e...
