A double-layer thermal insulation film structure can be formed through inflation of the banded airbags in the weather of rain and snow and hail in winter, meanwhile, the banded airbags have a certain buffer effect, and the impact of the hail can be relieved; and centralized expansion and retraction of the banded airbags are controlled through the air pump in heavy snow weather, thereby generating vibration, so that the accumulated snow uniformly slips off and the problem of collapse of the greenhouse caused by excessive accumulated snow is solved.
