Abstract

The present invention provides a battery control device, a battery system, and a moving body capable of judging the degree of deterioration of a plurality of storage batteries at low cost. The battery control device of the embodiment includes a current detection unit, a storage unit, and a state determination unit. The said current detection part detects the current which flows in the said 2nd battery among the 1st battery and the 2nd battery which are connected in parallel and are charged with a constant current. The storage unit stores an initial value of the current flowing in the second battery when the second battery is charged with the constant current in the initial stage of use. The state determination unit determines the state of the first battery based on the current value detected by the current detection unit and the initial value stored in the storage unit.
