Abstract

The invention discloses an application of d-limonene in preparing a drug for treating a non-smoking lung cancer. The d-limonene can reduce a growth rate of a tumor in a nude mouse, reduces tumor formation quantity of the non-smoking lung cancer and therefore, has a certain improvement effect on the non-smoking lung cancer. In addition, the d-limonene can effectively inhibit proliferation of lung cancer cells, reduces metastasis and invasion ability of the non-smoking lung cancer cells and promotes cell apoptosis; the d-limonene is indicated to have the better improvement effect on the state of the non-smoking lung cancer; and a new selection is provided for clinical adjuvant treatment of the non-smoking lung cancer.
