Problems solved by technology

However, the current detection methods are basically molecular biology methods, which usually rely on laboratories with good experimental conditions, and the steps are cumbersome, and usually require professional experimenters to operate. The process of obtaining experimental results is rather manly, which cannot meet some needs quickly. Institutions that detect genetically modified ingredients

[0030] Because the principle of the present invention is to use the transgene product protein to bind with its antibody, and then detect whether there is an exogenous gene. In order to verify the feasibility, accuracy and stability of the present invention, this experimental example simultaneously uses fluorescent quantitative PCR with higher sensitivity for verification. Get the same sample to be tested and use the device of the present invention and fluorescent quantitative PCR to detect respectively. The device of the present invention is an experimental group, and fluorescent quantitative PCR is a control group. Each treatment is repeated 3 times, and the results are averaged. The results are shown in the table 1 shows:

Abstract

The invention specifically discloses a rapid detection device for genetically modified ingredients in grain and oils. The rapid detection device comprises a sample feeding device, a plurality of hollow cellulose polypropylene membranes and a porous plate body, wherein primary antibodies, which are specifically combined with genetically modified proteins in total proteins, are attached to the hollow cellulose polypropylene membranes, so that the genetically modified proteins are combined with the primary antibodies and are attached onto the hollow cellulose polypropylene membranes. The rapid detection device disclosed by the invention is simple in design, convenient to use and easy to operate. According to the rapid detection device disclosed by the invention, the antibodies of genetically modified expression proteins are fixed on the cellulose polypropylene membranes, so that whether the genetically modified proteins exist in raw materials or not is detected through enabling the total proteins of raw materials to be detected to flow through the detection device, and whether the genetically modified proteins exist or not can be effectively detected. The rapid detection device is provided with two sample feeding holes at the same time and two groups of the hollow cellulose polypropylene membranes are arranged, so that the device can be used for detecting two groups of samples at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rapid detection of genetically modified ingredients in food, in particular to a rapid detection device for genetically modified ingredients in grain and oil. Background technique [0002] In order to enhance the ability of crops to resist insect pests and viruses, improve the storability of agricultural products, and increase crop yields. Transgenic crops are a new hotspot in the field of breeding. One or several exogenous genes are transferred to a specific organism through genetic engineering technology, and the corresponding products (polypeptides or proteins) are effectively expressed. This process is called genetic modification. The safety evaluation of GMOs is the prerequisite for the marketization and commercialization of GMOs and their products. The detection of GMO ingredients is an important content in the safety evaluation. The establishment of fast, simple and accurate detection methods for G...
