Abstract

The invention discloses antioxidant skin-friendly collagen and cashmere composite fabric and a production method thereof. The fabric is formed by the following materials in parts by weight: 42-45 parts of cashmere fibers, 13-15 parts of ES binding fibers, 18-20 parts of white bamboo carbon fibers, 8.5-9.1 parts of pure collagen powder, 2.5-3.1 parts of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, 3-4 parts of wheat protein powder, 1-2 parts of nanometer kieselguhr, 2.1-2.4 parts of grape seed extract, 1-2 parts of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion, 0.4-0.7 part of linseed oil, 0.9-1.2 parts of isobutyltriethoxysilane, 190-195 parts of 1-allyl-3-methylimidazole chloride, and a proper amount of water. According to a production method of the fabric provided by the invention, oxygen low-temperature plasma is used for pre-processing, and then the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether is used as a cross-linking agent for grafting the modified collagen onto the surfaces of the cashmere composite fibers. The produced cashmere composite fabric has silky hand feeling, and is skin-friendly, antioxidant and long in service life.
