Abstract

The yarn comprises a core layer and a surface layer wrapping the outer wall of the core layer, the core layer is formed by intertwining an antibiotic strand and a flame-retardant strand, and the surface layer comprises an antibiotic coating, a heat insulation fibrous layer and a flame-retardant coating which are successively arranged at the surface of the core layer from the inside to the outside; the antibiotic strand is formed by blending a nanometer titanium dioxide catalyst fiber with a bamboo charcoal fiber; and the flame-retardant strand is formed by blending a PPT fiber with a polytetrafluoroethylene fiber. According to the invention, the yarn is formed by intertwining the antibiotic strand and the flame-retardant strand, the antibiotic strand is formed by blending the nanometer titanium dioxide catalyst fiber with the bamboo charcoal fiber, and the flame-retardant strand is formed by blending the PPT fiber with the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber, through compounding of the multiple fibers and configuration of the antibiotic coating, the heat insulation fibrous layer and the flame-retardant coating arranged on the surface layer, the yarn is enabled to have quite good antibiotic and flame retardation effects, the preparation cost of the yarn is low, the economic benefits are good, and large-scale production is facilitated.
