The system comprises a plurality of service areas, wherein the plurality of service areas are in mutual communication coupling; each service area comprises an independent computing component, an independent network component, an independent SDN module which comprises an SDN control sub-module and an SDN forwarding sub-module, and an independent cloud host; the cloud hosts are configured to realize service functions of corresponding service areas; the computing components are configured to realize allocation and management of computing resources of the cloud hosts; the network components are configured to define network functions of the cloud hosts; the SDN control sub-modules are configured to control network functions. The SDN forwarding sub-modules are configured to realize data interaction between corresponding service areas and the other service areas. According to the system, various different SDN technical schemes are compatible and are deployed; the networking autonomous controllable capability is improved; the coupling degree and the complexity of the integrated system are reduced; and uniform resource scheduling management can be carried out, thereby realizing complex service functions.
