Abstract

The invention discloses a broadband low-profile antenna with a reconfigurable directional diagram. The broadband low-profile antenna comprises four antenna units which are distributed in a two-dimensional array in vertical and horizontal directions, four switches in one-to-one correspondence to the antenna units, and a one-into-four equal-amplitude equal-phase power distributor, wherein each antenna unit is provided with two feed ports; the feed ports of each antenna unit are connected with the switches through a corresponding microstrip transmission line (7); four branches of the one-into-four equal-amplitude equal-phase power distributor are connected with the switches respectively; and the switches are used for controlling the equal-amplitude equal-phase power distributor to be fed to one of the two ports of each antenna unit separately for realizing that only one of the two ports of each antenna unit is in the working state. The broadband low-profile antenna has the advantages of low profile, broad band, simple structure, easy integration, as well as consistency, easy realization, low cost and the like.
