Problems solved by technology

At present, the disease is widely prevalent all over the world, and the harm is serious, causing huge economic losses to the global poultry industry.
Since there are many clinical types of IBV, and the virus is a single-sense RNA virus, factors such as gene mutation, recombination, and immune pressure may cause genetic variation of chicken infectious bronchitis virus, which has brought great challenges to the prevention and control of the disease. big difficulty

Abstract

The invention relates to avian infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) resistant peptide nucleic acids (PNAs). The PNAs are characterized in that two antisense nucleic acid sequences with strong specificity are designed aiming at the highly conserved domains of genes of proteins M and N of IBV and are specifically combined with target genes corresponding to the two key genes of IBV, namely the proteins M and N; and the proteins M and N are distributed in different domains of the IBV genome, so that the stability and membrane permeability of antisense nucleic acids are improved. The sequences and the target genes reversely complement each other; according to the base complementary principle, the antisense nucleic acid sequences are specifically combined with the target genes corresponding to the IBV (proteins M and N) to induce the molecules, such as ribozyme, to degrade the target genes to block transcription and expression of the target genes and inhibit replication and assembly of the IBV in hosts to achieve the aim of preventing and controlling IB.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an animal medicine for preventing and controlling infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), in particular to a pharmaceutical composition containing the antisense nucleic acid sequence and its use in animal medicine. Background technique [0002] Infectious brochitis (Infectious Brochitis, IB) refers to an acute, highly contagious infectious disease of chickens caused by infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), which mainly affects the respiratory, urogenital and digestive systems of chickens. Infected chickens can be caused by Death due to respiratory or renal disease. IBV is one of the Class B infectious diseases of poultry stipulated by the International Office of Epizootics (OIE) and my country. The susceptible animals of IBV are mainly chickens. Chickens of different breeds and strains have different sensitivities to the disease, but chickens of all ages are susceptible to infection, especially chickens aged 3 to 26 weeks are the most...
