Abstract

The present invention discloses components and a preparation method of a ferrous fumarate folic acid compound film coated tablet, and belongs to the technical field of medicines, wherein the ferrous fumarate folic acid compound film coated tablet is prepared from the following raw materials by mass: 10-60% of a filler, 1-10% of a binder, 3-15% of a disintegrating agent, and 0.5-5% of a lubricating agent, and a mass ratio of the ferrous ion to the folic acid in the ferrous fumarate is 150:1. According to the present invention, the wet granulation tableting method is used, and the proper amount of the disintegrating agent is added so as to rapidly disintegrate and uniformly disperse in water, such that the compound tablet has advantages of rapid release, stability, safety and effectiveness; and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production.
