Abstract

The invention discloses a wastewater treatment process for advanced bio-denitrification. According to the process, on the basis of a traditional biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, a sludge membrane bioreactor (SMBR) is additionally arranged, so that an advanced bio-denitrification process is formed. The process is characterized by carrying out SMBR extended aeration treatment on part of secondary sedimentation tank returned sludge, building an environment suitable for the growth of nitrobacteria in the SMBR, and returning sludge enriching the nitrobacteria into an aerobic pool, so that the nitration efficiency of a large amount of nitrobacteria with high activity is greatly improved, and the SMBR discharge water is returned into an anaerobic pool so as to be denitrified or recycled in plants. According to the advanced bio-denitrification process, the hydraulic retention time of the aerobic pool can be reduced, the denitrification efficiency of a sewage treatment plant can be improved, and the surplus sludge of a secondary sedimentation tank can be reduced and stabilized. The process provided by the invention not only can be applicable to new sewage treatment plants, but also can be applicable to upgrading and reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plants.
