Embodiment Construction

[0039] refer to figure 1 , the karate instance graph used in the present invention is a network constructed by W.W.Zachary when studying the community relationship among university karate club members. The club network split into two disjoint societies due to disagreements between club directors and coaches. The karate network is composed of 34 club members, as nodes in the network, and there are 78 connections between each member, as connections between nodes in the network. figure 1 1 to 34 represent the node numbers in the Karate network, respectively, and the diamond and circle represent the two types of communities that are naturally divided.

Abstract

The invention discloses a network community division method based on core nodes and a community fusion strategy, and mainly solves the resolution problem of an objective function itself in an existing community fusion algorithm. The network community division method comprises the steps of 1), reading in a network diagram S, and generating an adjacency matrix A corresponding to the network diagram S; 2), calculating the node degree of each node in a network according to the adjacency matrix A, and searching a network core node set C; 3), updating a network node label set f' according to a similarity function value F; 4), obtaining a network community label set f according to the network node label set f'; and 5), performing iterative community fusion on communities in the current network based on an improved module density increment delta D, and outputting a final network node label set fz. The network community division method based on the core nodes and the community fusion strategy provided by the invention has the advantages of being high in node information utilization ratio and high in community resolution ratio, and can be applied to community detection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of network division, and further relates to a network community division method, which can be used for community detection. Background technique [0002] In modern life, network structures exist almost everywhere, and most complex systems are presented in the form of networks, such as metabolism network, Internet, e-mail network and relatives and friends network. The research on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of complex networks helps to reveal the general laws that exist in different complex systems represented by complex network models, and is of great significance in many disciplines such as biological sciences and social sciences. [0003] The relationship-rich structure composed of nodes of different properties and types in the network is called a community. One of the characteristics of a complex network is a community structure in which the relationships within the community are dense and the...
