The method comprises the steps as follows: a motor of the garbage processor is started and begins to run in a forward rotation direction; a forward and reverse rotation control module and a starting module receive a signal that the motor is in an idle state again, the starting module controls the motor to be started, and meanwhile, the forward and reverse rotation control module controls the motor to change an original rotation direction; the forward and reverse rotation control module and the starting module receive the signal that the motor is in the idle state again, the starting module controls the motor to be started, and meanwhile, the forward and reverse rotation control module controls the motor to change the rotation direction again; and a current monitoring module monitors current of the motor in real time and compares the current with a current threshold as follows: if the real-time current is greater than the current threshold, an activation signal is sent out to an unblocking module and the unblocking module is activated to unblock the motor, so that the motor normally works.
