Abstract

The invention relates to a water foamed inorganic hybrid melamine and polyurethane combined polyether and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical fields of production of environmentally-friendly and flame-retardant polyurethane energy saving materials and building energy saving. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and dispersing high temperature-resistant inorganic hybrid melamine resin polyol, an emulsifier, a composite catalyst, a phosphate ester flame retardant and water or water glass used as main raw materials, and filtering out a tiny amount of mechanical impurities to obtain the inorganic hybrid melamine and polyurethane combined polyether. Introduction of born, antimony, molybdenum and other high temperature-resistant and flame-retardant elements to the raw material polyol improves the high temperature resistance and the flame retardation performance of amino resin polyol; and a foamless material formed by a reaction of the combined polyether and polyisocyanate (PMDI) has the advantages of excellent physical performances, high strength, no pulverization, no deformation and excellent flame retardation performance, and has an oxygen index being greater than 30%. The water foamed combined polyether does not contain low-boiling point hydrocarbon compounds which are chlorofluorocarbons or chlorofluorocarbon compounds; and the combined polyether is foamed by water, so the combined polyether does not destroy the ozone layer, does not generate the greenhouse effect, and is environmentally-friendly.
