Embodiment 1

[0026] Mix the fermented Bacillus fusiformis L106, Brevundimonas X60 and Lactobacillus casei in a cfu ratio of 4:1.6:0.7 to form a liquid composite microbial agent. Mushroom dregs: vermicompost: sawdust: activated humic acid are mixed according to the volume ratio of 4:1.5:1.5:0.5 to make an adsorption carrier, and the liquid composite bacterial agent is inoculated into the adsorption carrier to make a solid bacterial agent. In the spring of 2014 Arborvitae afforestation experiment was arranged in Beishan of Niuwangquan, Beimiaoshan Village, Miaoshan Town, Laicheng District, Laiwu City as the test group, and the inoculation ratio was 8% (mL / g). At the same time, experiments were set up for Bacillus fusiformis L106 (control group 1), Brevundimonas X60 (control group 2), and Lactobacillus casei (control group 3), which only adsorbed the same amount of viable bacteria. The survey results of afforestation survival rate, plant height and ground diameter in the autumn of 2014 are sh...

Embodiment 2

[0030] Mix the fermented Bacillus fusiformis L106, Brevundimonas X60 and Lactobacillus casei in a ratio of cfu of 4:1:1 to form a liquid composite bacterial agent. Mushroom dregs: vermicompost: sawdust: activated humic acid are mixed according to the volume ratio: 4:1:2:0.5 to make an adsorption carrier, and the liquid composite bacterial agent is inoculated into the adsorption carrier to make a solid bacterial agent. In 2015 Arborvitae afforestation experiment was arranged in Beishan of Niuwangquan, Beimiaoshan Village, Miaoshan Town, Laicheng District, Laiwu City in spring as the test group, and the inoculation ratio was 10% (mL / g). At the same time, set peat to absorb the same amount of liquid compound bacterial agent as the control group for afforestation. In the autumn of 2015, the survival rate of afforestation, the number of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of Arborvitae and the relative water content of leaves were investigated. The results are shown in the table below...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rainwater collection and water retention afforestation of arid mountain bare-rooted seedlings and belongs to the technical field of water-saving afforestation methods. The method comprises the steps of digging tree pits according to the size of the transplanted seedlings during afforestation, wherein soil which is dug out forms backfill; evenly mixing solid inoculant with part of backfill, and applying the mixture around root systems of the afforestation seedlings; field planting and watering. The solid inoculant is formed after an inoculant adsorption carrier is inoculated with liquid compound microorganism inoculant, wherein the liquid compound microorganism inoculant is formed by mixing of (Bacillus fusiformis) L106, (Brevundimonassp.) X60 and Lactobacillus casei, and the inoculant adsorption carrier is formed by adding crosslinked polyacrylamide to a mixture of mushroom residues, wormcast, saw dust and activated humic acid. Host materials of the inoculant adsorption carrier are suitable for growth and reproduction of microorganisms in complex inoculants, have high water-absorbing ability and can store more rainwater in the tree pits temporarily, and are suitable for survival of microorganisms in microorganism inoculants.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of water-saving afforestation methods, and in particular relates to a method for afforestation of bare-root seedlings in arid mountainous areas by collecting rain and retaining water. Background technique [0002] Arid and barren mountains have poor site conditions, barren soil, difficult afforestation, low survival rate of afforestation, and slow vegetation recovery. The state and governments at all levels have invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in barren mountain management and greening, and have made great achievements. However, the preservation rate in most areas is not high, and the effect is still not satisfactory. Improving the drought resistance of plants by inoculating exogenous genes is one of the important techniques to improve the survival rate of afforestation in arid mountainous areas. [0003] Plant rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria (PGPR) refer to bene...
