The organic-acid sterilizing and deodorizing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 140-180 parts of pod fiber, 100-120 parts of rice bran fiber, 80-90 parts of puffed bean dregs, 30-50 parts of corn flour, 70-90 parts of a lavender extract, 30-50 parts of an apple extract, 3-5 parts of sodium alginate, 7-9 parts of ferulic acid, 3-5 parts of chlorgenic acid, 1-2 parts of citric acid and 2-3 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone. The pod fiber, the rice bran fiber, the puffed bean dregs and the corn flour are scientifically coordinated in the organic-acid sterilizing and deodorizing agent so as to act as a carrier; and the carrier is relatively big in intermolecular pores and good in adsorption properties. The carrier is treated by the lavender extract and the apple extract, so that a modified carrier is obtained; and the modified carrier is capable of chemically reacting with the odor molecules, including hydrogen sulfide, thioalcohol, ammonia, amine, aldehyde, ketone, acid and the like, so as to achieve the goal of thoroughly deodorizing.
