Embodiment Construction

[0037] Below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, a 5.5kW motor and the drawings will be described in detail for the implementation plan and steps, such as figure 1 as shown,

[0038] (1) The control device detects whether the power-off operation is satisfied, and if it meets the power-off operation;

[0039] (2) After the power is cut off, the microcontroller first detects the residual voltage amplitude of the motor winding, and the detected residual voltage waveform is as follows: figure 2 and image 3 As shown, the residual voltage waveforms of the 5.5kW and 22kW pumping unit motors are respectively after power failure; while detecting the residual voltage, it is also necessary to fit the residual voltage amplitude to predict that the residual voltage amplitude of the winding is lower than 10% of the rated value. %; for example, using the residual voltage data of a 5.5kW motor in Attached Table 1, using U res =U 0 *e -t / τ After fitting, it can be obtained th...

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of the motor energy saving control technology, and especially relates to a motor rotating speed accurate identification method after outage in an interrupted power supply energy saving control. After a motor power supply is cut off, the rotation speed is detected by using the motor stator winding residual voltage; when the residual voltage is decreased to a 10% of a rated voltage, a single-chip microcomputer is employed to control a silicon controlled rectifier device to power on any one phase winding so as to allow the rotor silver to induct electromotive force and current; and after any one phase winding of the stator powers on, the stator winding is cut by using the magnetic field rotating with the rotor generated in the space according to the current inducted at the rotor side, induction electromotive force corresponding to the rotor rotating speed is inducted, and the single-chip microcomputer is used for determining the induction electromotive force frequency to complete the accurate identification of the rotor rotating speed in the interrupted power supply energy saving control process. The motor rotating speed accurate identification method after outage in interrupted power supply energy saving control is able to ensure that the residual voltage in the outage control process is not too low in attenuation and ensure the stable rotating speed of the motor and accurate detection with no need for changing operation parameters of the motor in the condition of reducing the energy consumption as possible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electric motor energy-saving control, and in particular relates to a method for accurately identifying the rotational speed of a motor after power interruption for intermittent power supply energy-saving control. Background technique [0002] Most of the oil production equipment at home and abroad are beam pumping units. When the motor drives this type of load, the motor is usually under heavy load during the upstroke of the pumping unit. Due to the action of the sucker rod and the gravity of the liquid column during the downstroke, The motor will enter light-load or even power-generating conditions. Aiming at the characteristics of this periodic potential energy load, a large number of literatures have proposed and studied a variety of energy-saving technologies for pumping unit motor systems from the perspective of different energy-saving mechanisms. These energy-saving technologies can be roughly divi...
