Abstract

The invention solves the problem of virtual machine transition among hybrid clouds, and provides a technique for implementing a virtual machine transition system in a hybrid cloud environment on basis of data virtualization. The technique for implementing the virtual machine transition system in the hybrid cloud environment on basis of data virtualization is characterized in that: a cloud data virtualization layer is abstracted between different cloud platforms and different transition applications in the hybrid clouds; the cloud data virtualization layer includes a basic core module and an advanced extension module; the basic core module is used for supporting communication among the different cloud platforms, acquiring and integrating data, and issuing the data to an upper service; and the advanced extension module includes a virtual event processing unit, a transition management unit, a service level audit unit, a virtual machine template management unit, and a transition index optimization unit.
