Embodiment Construction

[0026] like figure 1As shown in the treatment method for removing ammonia nitrogen in domestic wastewater, the domestic wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen enters the collection well 1 through the wastewater pipeline, where it is collected and initially stabilized. The outlet of the collection well 1 is connected to the coarse grid 2 through the wastewater pipeline. This removes large-diameter solid matter in domestic wastewater. The outlet of the coarse grid 2 is connected to the primary sedimentation tank 3 through the wastewater pipeline, where the insoluble substances in the wastewater are further removed. The outlet of the primary sedimentation tank 3 is connected to the pH adjustment tank through the wastewater pipeline. 4. The wastewater is neutralized here and the pH value is precisely adjusted. The pH value of the effluent of the pH value adjustment tank 4 ranges from 6.5 to 8.0 to meet the pH value requirements of the water entering the cross-linked polyvinylpyrrol...

Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method for removing ammonia nitrogen in domestic wastewater. A system comprises a water-collecting well, a coarse grid, a primary settling tank, a pH value regulating tank, a cross-linked polyvinylpolypyrrolidone supporter absorption and purification system, an aeration tank, a biological phosphorus removal tank, a secondary settling tank, a clear water tank, a pickling tower and the like. The system creatively utilizes the selective absorption of polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP) for the ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, and a carbanyl group in a molecular structure can be compounded with an amino group to form a hydrogen bond complex. Artificial zeolite containing the cross-linked polyvinylpolypyrrolidone is mixed with the domestic wastewater to fully absorb the ammonia nitrogen in the domestic wastewater; the absorbed ammonia nitrogen is released by the cross-linked polyvinylpolypyrrolidone in a form of ammonia in a heating desorption manner, and tail gas is discharged after pickling and purification treatment. Meanwhile, the domestic wastewater in which the ammonia nitrogen is removed by cross-linked polyvinylpolypyrrolidone-artificial zeolite supporter absorption enters a next treatment link.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method for removing ammonia nitrogen in domestic wastewater, which belongs to the field of wastewater treatment in environmental protection. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the living standards of urban people in our country, the nitrogen content in urban domestic wastewater has risen sharply, and the random discharge of more and more nitrogen-containing wastewater has caused great harm to the environment. Nitrogen is present in wastewater as organic nitrogen, ammoniacal nitrogen (NH 4 + -N), nitrate nitrogen (NO 3 - -N) and nitrite nitrogen (NO 2 - -N) and other forms, and ammonia nitrogen is one of the most important forms. Ammonia nitrogen in domestic wastewater refers to nitrogen in the form of free ammonia and ionized ammonium, which mainly comes from food residues and laundry sewage. There are many pollution sources of ammonia nitrogen, the discharge amo...
