By arranging the side surface power source, the end surface power source, the side surface power input shaft, the side surface driven shafts, the end surface driven shafts and the ER spring collet fixing shafts on the rack, the requirement of rotary machining or fixed machining for workpieces is achieved, and the machining range of the power head device is expanded; the power head device is convenient to install; and rotations of the rotary tools with two directions are driven respectively by virtue of the two power sources, and power output is balanced, thus the machining quality is improved.
