In the access control system, the uploading center uploads book data in categories according to corresponding attributes of books, so that the system realizes data integration, and effectively solves the problems of digital resource repeated construction and low sharing degree; in the access control method, the attribute-based encryption technology is introduced, which guarantees data storage security on one hand, and realizes user access control on the other hand.
