The method includes (1), preparing test solution by the aid of the powder with the effects of clearing the acute communicable diseases and clearing the toxin; (2) sucking the test solution, dripping the test solution on silica gel thin-layer plates, developing the test solution by the aid of butanol, glacial acetic acid and water according to a proportion of 10:1:2, fetching the silica gel thin-layer plates and drying the test solution in the air; (3), visually inspecting the test solution under ultraviolet lamps.
