The system comprises an information collection module and an STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) module. According to the invention, the underlying network switch is managed and controlled centrally through an SDN (Software Defined Network) controller; an OpenFlow protocol module is taken as a management interface; the topological identification function of the underlying network is finished and the spanning tree structures are constructed on the controller.
