The antenna comprises a metal reflection plate, a first PCB dielectric substrate and a second PCB dielectric substrate, wherein the top surface and the bottom surface of the first PCB dielectric substrate and the top surface of the second PCB dielectric substrate are all coated with copper layers; the copper layer on the top surface of the first PCB dielectric substrate is at least provided with two groups of mutually orthogonal coupling slots used for radiating electromagnetic waves; the copper layer on the bottom surface of the first PCB dielectric substrate is at least provided with two groups of mutually orthogonal feed circuits used for exciting mutually orthogonal electric fields; and the copper layer on the top surface of the second PCB dielectric substrate is provided with a metal radiation patch used for coupling the electromagnetic waves from the coupling slots and generating parasitic radiation.
