The several types of integration wire cores comprise a power supply wire core, a control wire core, a data communication wire core, a radio frequency cable and an optical fiber. A braiding shielding layer is arranged out of the integration wire cores. An outer protection layer is extruded out of the braiding shielding layer. The invention aims at providing a new spring cable manufacturing method. The spring whose spiral shape, size and elastic force accord with the requirement is made in advance and then cable combination processing is performed so that the spring cable with elastic durability, a stable structure and high tensile strength is formed. The production method is different from a traditional spring cable manufacturing method.
