Problems solved by technology

However, even products that comply with such local regulations are not completely suitable for high-latitude areas where the winter temperature reaches -40°C. Therefore, the construction industry has been looking forward to exterior wall coatings with better low temperature resistance, such as being able to withstand 30 times of freezing at -40°C. Abstract

The invention discloses a low temperature resistant coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises, by weight parts, 100-140 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 25-36 parts of gadoleic acid emulsion, 15-50 parts of tributyl phosphate, 12-25 parts of nanometer zinc oxide gel liquid, 6-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-6 parts of kaolin, 5-15 parts of dispersing agent, 4-12 parts of flatting agent and 200-320 parts of deionized water. The coating has the advantages that (1) the coating is reliable in quality and excellent in low temperature resistance, after freezing-melting circulation testing -40 DEG C is performed 30 times and weathering testing is performed for 500 h, the surface of the coating is not subjected to bubbling, cracking, pulverization, dropping and color change; (2) the coating is washable, high in durability, resistant to corrosion, dampproof and resistant to dirt and dust and can be washed randomly; (3) the coating is pure white and non-toxic, does not damage the human body and is suitable for environmental protection and hygiene; and (4) the coating can be constructed randomly, is not precipitated if placed for one year and does not go bad.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a coating, in particular to a low-temperature resistant coating and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Coatings used for exterior walls of buildings in alpine regions need to have low temperature resistance. According to the national standard GB / T9755-2001, low-temperature-resistant coatings should be able to withstand 10 freeze-thaw cycles of freezing at -20°C and thawing at +20°C. However, the general national standards mentioned above are not applicable to the alpine regions of our country, such as the central and northern parts of Northeast China. Therefore, local standards have been established in various regions. For example, the DB23 / T445-1998 standard of Heilongjiang Province stipulates that exterior wall coatings should be able to withstand 20 Freeze-thaw cycles at -30°C. However, even products that comply with such local regulations are not completely suitable for high-latitude areas where t...
