The water circulating system comprises the spray-type steam generator, a steam and water separator, a center circulating water tank, and a pressurizing device which is connected with the center circulating water tank and used for pressurizing water, wherein the spray-type steam generator comprises an upper header and a tube row which are arranged in a communicating manner from top to bottom, and a spraying device which is arranged inside the upper header; the spraying device is connected with the center circulating water tank and is used for supplying water in a spraying manner; the upper header is provided with a steam outlet and an interface; the tube row is connected with the upper header by the interface so as to be communicated with the inside of the upper header so that the water sprayed by the spraying device can be vaporized to generate steam when the tube row is heated.
