Abstract

The present invention provides an optimal scheduling method of parallel batch processing machines. According to the characteristics of the batch scheduling problem, a probability model is established based on group batches of the workpieces; a corresponding individual sampling and probability update method is designed; the population generation of the compact genetic algorithm and the probability update mechanism are improved; and a novel intelligent algorithm for solving the batch scheduling problem is provided. On the premise of satisfying the batch switching-on production requirement of batch processing machines, the production is accelerated, and the production cycle is shortened.
