Abstract

The invention discloses a heat and mass recovery type solution membrane dehumidification system based on membrane distillation and a dehumidification method. The system comprises a dehumidification mechanism and a regeneration mechanism. Based on a membrane distillation mechanism in a membrane separation technology, a high-concentration saline solution is provided for a membrane absorber in the saline solution concentration process on the basis of air purging type membrane distillation, and the dehumidification aim of humid air is achieved in the wet air absorption process of air purging type membrane distillation. In order to achieve energy saving of the system, a hollow fiber membrane solution heat and mass transfer device is arranged between a high-temperature solution passing through a membrane regenerator and a low-temperature solution passing through the membrane absorber, and the function of heat and mass recovery is achieved. Meanwhile, air purging type membrane distillation air in the regenerator is changed into high-temperature and high-humidity air and carries out heat exchange with the low-temperature solution of the membrane absorber, and heat recovery of the high-temperature and high-humidity air is achieved. By means of the membrane distillation mechanism and membrane materials, the functions of adjustment on indoor humidity and energy saving of the whole system are achieved.
