Embodiment Construction

[0012] The present invention will be described in further detail below by means of specific embodiments:

[0013] The reference numerals in the accompanying drawings of the description include: housing 1, conveyor belt 2, feed hopper 301, material delivery drum 302, driven wheel 303, heater 6, first air inlet pipe 71, second air inlet pipe 72, fan 8. Double-layer exhaust pipe 9.

[0014] attached figure 1 The shown ceramic particle drying device includes a casing 1 forming a drying tunnel, a heater 6 and a conveyor belt 2. A continuous conveyor belt 2 is set up inside the casing 1. Ventilation holes are provided on the conveyor belt 2, and protrusions are provided on the surface of the conveyor belt 2. The ribs block the ceramic particles that have just fallen into the conveyor belt through the raised ribs, which can prevent the ceramic particles from covering the ceramic particles that have fallen before, and avoid the problem of uneven drying.

Abstract

The invention discloses a drying device for ceramic particles. The drying device comprises a shell forming a drying tunnel, a heater and a conveying belt. The continuous conveying belt is erected in the shell. The two sides of the shell are provided with a feeding port and a discharging port respectively. Ventilation holes are formed in the conveying belt. The drying tunnel is divided into a radiation drying section and a cooling section. The heater is installed below the radiation drying section, and a first air inlet pipe is installed in the position, below the heater, of the shell. A double-layer exhaust pipe is arranged between the radiation drying section and the cooling section. A second air inlet pipe is arranged below the cooling section. The first air inlet pipe is communicated with an outer pipe, and the second air inlet pipe is communicated with an inner pipe. The input end of the second air inlet pipe and the input end of the first air inlet pipe are communicated with a draught fan. The drying device has the beneficial effects that the ceramic particles are static on the conveying belt, and the collision among the ceramic particles can be effectively avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ceramic particle processing equipment, in particular to a ceramic particle drying device. Background technique [0002] As a conventional material in construction, ceramic particles are gradually being widely used in construction. For example, ceramic particles are now used as sound-absorbing products in buildings, and ceramic particles are used as surface materials for permeable pavements. Ceramics are generally made of clay. It is sintered, then crushed and sieved into granular materials with a certain particle size, pressed and molded with a binder, and cured as a porous material. It can also be directly fired into ceramsite with a certain particle size as granular aggregate. Generally, the ceramic particles need to be dried before being sold. The current drying method is to introduce the ceramic particles into the drying tower, and the ceramic particles pass through the drying tower by gravity. Gradually move downward in...
