The preparation method comprises preparation steps as follows: fresh navel oranges are washed clean and squeezed until juice is squeezed out, and peels and pulp are separated and stored separately; the navel orange peels are washed clean and put into an oven to be baked for 36 h at the temperature of 40 DEG C, and moisture in the navel orange peels is controlled to range from 8% to 13%; dried navel orange peels are put into boiling water to be boiled for 30 minutes and filtered with a paper board when the liquid temperature is about 70 DEG C; a clean liquid is frozen for 24 h at the temperature ranging from subzero 4 DEG C to 0 DEG C, and rough hesperidin powder is obtained; the rough hesperidin powder is put into hot water to be dissolved, the process including steps of heating, filtering, freezing and drying is repeated, and hesperidin is obtained finally; vitamin C, citric acid, baking soda, malt dextrin, sodium alginate, hesperidin, acesulfame and sunset yellow FCF are added to a container and uniformly mixed; tableting is performed, and the navel orange effervescent tablets are prepared.
