Problems solved by technology

(3) Mordant dyeing method: some natural plant pigments have good solubility in water, and the pigments in the dyeing solution can be directly fixed on the fabric, but the dyeing fastness is poor
[0007] This document also points out that because natural plant dyes have fewer color varieties to choose from, the chromatogram is incomplete; and most plant dyes have the problem of poor color fastness. Fastness and soaping fastness, and most of the traditional mordants contain heavy metal ions, some have been included in the banned list
The low dyeing rate of traditional natural vegetable dyes, the dyeing time is too long, seriously affecting the quality of fabrics and other problems also limit the application in industrial production

[0059] Embodiment 1 " Chinese medicine dyeing " method of the present invention

[0060] The "traditional Chinese medicine dyeing" method of the present invention can be used for silkworm silk cloth dyeing, and the fresh product of three needles (also known as copper acupuncture, pricking Coptis chinensis) is used as an example.

[0061] 1. Dyeing method:

[0062] 1. Prepare the dye solution: get the roots of three needle fresh products (see figure 1 )500g, beating, add 4000mL water, soak for three days (see figure 2 ); then use filter cloth to filter out the medicine dregs, boil the medicine solution in a stainless steel pot for 30 minutes to get the dye solution (see image 3 );

[0063] 2. Fabric pretreatment: use 30°C water, put 10g of edible baking soda and stir well, add white silkworm silk fabric with a width of 2 meters and a length of 5 meters, soak for 30 minutes, wash with water, and get the fabric to be dyed;

[0064] 3. Put the fabric to be dyed into the dye ...

Embodiment 2

[0072] Embodiment 2 " Chinese medicine dyeing " method of the present invention

[0073] The "traditional Chinese medicine dyeing" method of the present invention can be used for silkworm silk cloth dyeing, and the Chinese herbal medicine used is the dried product of gardenia jasminoides as an example.

[0074] 1. Dyeing method

[0075] 1. Prepare the dyeing solution: take the dried fruit of Gardenia jasminoides, and crush it into powder; fill water with a stainless steel pot, and take 15g of Gardenia jasmine powder (see Figure 6 ) into the pot, add 4000mL of water, stir the powder and water with long bamboo chopsticks, and keep at 80-95°C for 20 minutes; when the temperature drops to 60°C, add 500mL of water at 4-20°C, Keep at 95°C for 10 minutes; when the temperature drops to 60°C again, add 500mL of water at 4-20°C, and keep at 80-95°C for 6 minutes; use a filter to filter out the medicinal residues to obtain the dye liquor;

Abstract

The invention provides a method for dyeing a textile by using a traditional Chinese medicine. The method comprises the following steps: a, preparation of dye liquor: a step of taking the traditional Chinese medicine and treating the traditional Chinese medicine so as to obtain the dye liquor; b, pretreatment of a fabric: a step of adding sodium bicarbonate into warm water, carrying out uniform mixing, adding the fabric for soaking and then washing the fabric with water so as to obtain a to-be-dyed fabric; c, dyeing: a step of soaking the to-be-dyed fabric obtained in the step b in to the dye liquor prepared in the step a, carrying out heating to 80 to 95 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 10 to 25 min, then carrying out cooling for 0 to 10 min, taking out the fabric, putting the fabric into the dye liquor as the temperature of the dye liquor decreases to 35 to 60 DEG C, heating the dye liquor to 80 to 95 DEG C and maintaining the temperature for 10 min; d, taking-out of the fabric: a step of taking out the fabric as the dye liquor is cooled to a temperature no less than 50 DEG C; and e, cleaning and drying so as to obtain the fabric dyed with the traditional Chinese medicine. The method for dyeing the textile by using the traditional Chinese medicine is simple, enables the dyed textile to have stable quality, has low cost, is widely applicable to dyeing plants and animals or mineral dyeing and has wide market prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textile dyeing, and in particular relates to a "traditional Chinese medicine dyeing" method. Background technique [0002] At present, the vast majority of textile dyeing uses chemically synthesized dyes. Although it is convenient to use, it also has serious side effects on human health and the ecological environment. Studies have shown that more than 100 commonly used chemically synthesized dyes may produce carcinogens, more than 20 kinds of chemically synthesized dyed textiles are irritating to the skin and cause allergies, and chemically synthesized dyes also produce a lot of pollution to the environment during the production process. With the enhancement of human awareness of environmental protection and the emphasis on their own health, people have turned their attention to healthy and pollution-free natural dyes. [0003] Natural dyes generally come from plants, animals and minerals, with vegetable dyes as t...
