Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting terrestrial animal fat components in fish oil. The method comprises the following steps: S1: collecting terrestrial animal fat samples with different known species, and uniformly mixing a pure fish oil sample of the to-be-detected species with the terrestrial animal fat samples respectively; S2: acquiring infrared spectrum data information of the mixed fat samples respectively; S3: according to a corresponding relation between the infrared spectrum data information and the mixed fat samples, establishing a qualitative distinguishing analysis model of the terrestrial animal fat in the fish oil; and S4: acquiring the infrared spectrum data information of the fish oil to be detected, and determining whether the fish oil to be detected contains the corresponding terrestrial animal fat or not through inversion of the distinguishing analysis model according to the infrared spectrum data information of the fish oil to be detected. With the adoption of the scheme provided by the invention, difference properties of the fat samples with the different species can be directly and remarkably represented, and the method has the advantages that a few of the samples are needed, the operation is simple and convenient, the measurement speed is rapid and the like, and the rapid and effective distinguishing analysis of the different terrestrial animal fat components in the fish oil is realized.
