Abstract

The present invention provides a detection reagent for the ammonia nitrogen content in industrial wastewater, and a detection method thereof. The detection reagent comprises N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine hydrochloride, diammonium phosphate, sodium metavanadate, trinitro salicylic acid, nitro ammonium phosphate, an inorganic acid and water. The detection method comprises: taking two detection reagents with the same volume, and adding industrial wastewater to be detected to the first detection reagent to form a first mixed solution; adopting the second mixed solution as a reference to observe the color change of the first mixed solution, wherein the color of the solution is changed into the purple red color from the colorless color when the ammonia nitrogen content in the industrial wastewater exceeds the standard; and recording the color change time. According to the present invention, the time for detecting whether the ammonia nitrogen content in the industrial wastewater exceeds the standard is only 2.1-2.4 min, such that the detection reagent of the present invention has the high detection efficiency compared with the detection reagent in the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of detection reagents, in particular to a reagent for detecting ammonia nitrogen content in industrial wastewater and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the rapid development of my country's social economy has created a huge demand for mineral resources, especially rare earth resources. However, a large amount of high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is produced during the rare earth smelting process. High-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater refers to wastewater with a mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen greater than 500mg / L. With the development of industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, food and pharmaceuticals, and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the content of ammonia nitrogen in industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage has risen sharply, showing that there are many sources of ammonia nitrogen pollution, large emiss...
