The calculus removing pill comprises the following raw materials: capillary artemisia, longhairy antenoron herb, herba pyrrosiae, dandelion, polygonum cuspidatum, radix bupleuri, curcuma zedoary, armstrong, lygodium japonicum, semen plantaginis, radix curcumae, talcum, rhizoma alismatis and rheum officinale. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: adding capillary artemisia, longhairy antenoron herb, herba pyrrosiae, dandelion and polygonum cuspidatum in water for decocting for twice, wherein in the first time, 10 times of drugs are added in water, and in the second time, 6 times of drugs are added in water, and the drugs are decocted for 1.5h each time; merging the two decoction solutions; filtering; concentrating the filtrate till the density is 1.165-1.205 to obtain a concentrated solution; grinding radix bupleuri, curcuma zedoary, armstrong, lygodium japonicum, semen plantaginis, radix curcumae, talcum, rhizoma alismatis and rheum officinale into finest powder; and adding the concentrated solution and manufacturing according to a conventional method to obtain the calculus removing pill.
