Abstract

The invention provides a fast analysis method for detecting lufenuron residues in apples and soil and belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection. The method comprises the following steps: extracting a sample by using acetonitrile to obtain an extracting solution, salting out the extracting solution without purification to obtain supernate, concentrating the supernate, re-dissolving to obtain a solution I, enabling the solution I to passing through a film to obtain a solution II, and feeding the solution II into a machine for testing directly, wherein the sample is separated by adopting a Hypersil C18 (100mm*2.1mm,1.9 microns) chromatographic column, methyl alcohol-water (60 to 40) is used as a flowing phase, the detection is performed by an ultraviolet detection device after isocratic elution, and the detection wave length is 255nm. Results show that a linear relation of the lufenuron is good within a concentration range of 0.025-2.5mg / L, related factors are not less than 0.9997, the average recovery rate is 83.6-105.2% within a marking concentration range being 0.05-2.0mg / kg, the relative standard deviation is 0.7-6.1%, and the detection limit in the method is 0.01mg / kg.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a rapid analysis method for detecting lufenuron residues in apples and soil, belonging to the technical field of analysis and detection. Background technique [0002] Lufenuron (lufenuron) (structural formula such as figure 1 ) is the latest generation of substituted benzoylurea insecticides developed by Novartis, Switzerland, with a chemical name of N-[[[2,5-dichloro-4-(1,1,2,3,3,3 -hexafluoropropoxy)phenyl]amino]carboxyl]-2,6-difluorobenzamide, the chemical structure of which is shown in figure 1 . The agent kills the pests by inhibiting the chitin synthesis of the target insects and preventing the peeling process, and has good efficacy on larvae and eggs. This product is safer than organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides, and can effectively control lepidopteran pests resistant to pyrethroids and organophosphates, so it is widely used in vegetables, fruit trees, cotton, corn and other crops Control of Lepidoptera pests....
