According to the polymer-cement water-resisting admixture, the polymer-cement water-resisting admixture suitable for waterproof cement is obtained by preparing a copolymer from polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate by adopting a free-radical polymerization method, making full use of respective advantages of polyvinyl alcohol and polyacrylate and enabling the copolymer to be combined with emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber, ethylene methyl ester, sodium silicate or sodium metasilicate, sodium dodecyl sulfonate and nano-silica. The production cost of the raw materials used by the polymer-cement water-resisting admixture is lower than that of current commercially-available waterproof emulsions, and the cost can be further reduced during large-batch production, so that the product disclosed by the invention has a relatively strong price advantage.
