Embodiment 1

[0013] 1, a kind of preparation method to the novel crown ether modified cellulose adsorbent of heavy metal adsorption, it is characterized in that comprising the following steps:

[0014] (1) Carry out graft polymerization reaction on the surface of cellulose, and use BPO to trigger the successful grafting of glycidyl methacrylate to obtain a cellulose graft-copolymerized glycidyl methacrylate with a stable graft rate of 170%. Ethylenediamine is used for epoxy ring opening, and then primary amine groups are introduced.

[0015] (2) Synthesize 4-ethoxycarbonylbenzo-15-crown-5 with tetraethylene glycol and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate as raw materials, and then obtain carboxybenzocrown ether through hydrolysis and acidification, After acyl chloride, the acyl chloride benzo crown ether is obtained.

[0016] (3) After the solvent in (2) was evaporated to dryness, it was directly reacted with the product in (1) to realize the loading of crown ether on cellulose.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and relates to a novel crown ether modified cellulose adsorbent capable of adsorbing heavy metals. The adsorbent is prepared by the following steps: firstly, performing graft polymerization on the cellulose surface, performing epoxide ring-opening with ethylenediamine after glycidyl methacrylate is successfully grafted, and introducing a primary amine group; and then, synthesizing 4-ethoxycarbonylbenzo-15-crown-5 by using tetraethylene glycol and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate as raw materials, hydrolyzing and acidifying to preapre carboxybenzo-crown ether, performing acyl chlorination to prepare acyl chloride-based benzo-crown ether, drying solvent by distillation, and directly reacting with primary amine on the branch chain of cellulose to realize loading of the crown ether on cellulose. The preparation has an effect of adsorbing heavy metal copper, and is advantageous to industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and the invention relates to a novel crown ether modified cellulose adsorbent capable of adsorbing heavy metals. The product of the invention is beneficial to industrialized production. Background technique [0002] Cellulose is the most abundant natural resource, a kind of cheap and easy-to-obtain macromolecular natural product. It has a large number of hydroxyl groups on its polymer skeleton, which can further carry out more chemical reactions and has no secondary pollution to the environment. Therefore, cellulose-based modified adsorbents are widely used. Unmodified cellulose has very low heavy metal adsorption capacity and variable physical stability, so chemical modification of cellulose is required to obtain sufficient structural durability and effective heavy metal adsorption capacity. Among the many cellulose modification methods, the graft copolymerization modification metho...
