Method for rapid analysis of trace polybrominated diphenyl ethers in water sample

A technology for rapid analysis of polybrominated diphenyl ethers, which is applied to the analysis of materials, measuring devices, and separation of materials. It can solve the problems of PBDEs detection without a guiding standard method, and achieve the effects of shortening the detection cycle, simple processing, and increased detection speed.

Problems solved by technology

At present, my country only has a national standard detection method for PBDEs in electrical and electronic products (GB / Z21276-2007), and its pretreatment methods are traditional Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction, but there is no guidance for the detection of PBDEs in environmental water samples. sexual standard method

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapid analysis of trace polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in a water sample. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) dispersing a magnetic nano-material in the water sample for extraction; (2) attracting the magnetic nano-material to the bottom of a container by using a magnet and discarding supernatant; (3) eluting the magnetic nano-material by using dichloromethane; and (4) subjecting eluate to nitrogen blowing at normal temperature until the eluate is dried, redissolving the dried eluate with dichloromethane, taking a sample and introducing the sample into a GC-MC system for analysis. According to the invention, the magnetic nano-material is used as an adsorbent for enrichment of BDEs in a water body for the first time; GC-MC analysis is carried out after elution; and the detection method for rapid analysis of seven PBDEs in water is established. The method has low detection limit and is completely adaptable to trace detection of PBDEs in aquatic products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for rapidly analyzing trace polybrominated diphenyl ethers in water samples. Background technique [0002] Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a class of commonly used brominated flame retardants, which have been widely used as additive flame retardants since the 1970s and are mainly used in the field of consumer products. The main industrial commodities of PBDEs include pentabromodiphenyl ether, octabromodiphenyl ether and decabromodiphenyl ether. As a class of persistent organic pollutants, PBDEs are persistent, mobile, bioaccumulative and highly toxic. With the detection of PBDEs in various environmental media such as air, water, sediments and human body, the environmental problems caused by PBDEs have attracted widespread attention. In May 2009, commercial pentabromodiphenyl ether and octabromodiphenyl ether were included in the controlled list of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. ...
