Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, what followed was a serious problem caused by the abuse of antibiotics: antibiotic resistance (Drug resistance)
Antimicrobial peptides are generally 10 to 40 amino acids in length, often form transmembrane channels and are often hemolytic, toxic, and lack targeted antibacterial and anticancer properties

Embodiment 1

[0039] One, the synthetic method of antimicrobial peptide:

[0040] S1. According to different proportions (see Table 1), weigh six kinds of amino acids, namely arginine, cysteine, glycine, leucine, lysine and serine, and put them into 10 ml beakers. 30:1 peanut oil and phosphoric acid, the peanut oil and phosphoric acid are just submerged in the amino acid raw material, baked at 150°C for 2 hours and then taken out.

[0041] S2. Wash three times with 3 times the volume of absolute ethanol, centrifuge at 6000 rpm for 10 minutes, dry in an oven at 60°C, and store in a refrigerator at 4°C for later use.

[0042] 2. Antibacterial peptide inhibition zone experiment:

[0043] S1. Take 50 μl of Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 and other bacteria, 100 μl of Aspergillus flavus NRRL3357 and 100 μl of Saccharomyces cerevisiae INVSC1 into the corresponding 5 ml medium from the seed preservation tube.

[0044] S2. Cultivate each bacteria at 37°C, 220rpm shaker overnight for about ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biology and particularly discloses a method for artificial synthesis of antimicrobial peptides. The method comprises step S1 of taking an appropriate amount of amino acid raw materials, adding vegetable oil and phosphoric acid, baking the mixture for 2 h at 150 DEG C, wherein the volume ratio of vegetable oil to phosphoric acid is (17-30):1; and step S2 of taking out a polymer and using absolute ethyl alcohol to perform washing, centrifugation and drying to obtain the product antimicrobial peptides. The amino acid raw materials contain lysine, leucine and cysteine and one or more of arginine, glycine and serine; and the ratio of cysteine to lysine to leucine is 9:(7-9):(4.5-14) and is a weight ratio. The method for artificial synthesis of the antimicrobial peptides is simple in production process, short in synthesis time and low in cost and can be used for large-scale production, and the antimicrobial peptides obtained through synthesis have broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, more specifically, to an artificial synthesis method of antibacterial peptides. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics are a class of natural or synthetic compounds that kill bacteria or inhibit their growth. With the continuous development of science and technology, the definition of antibiotics has also been continuously expanded, and antimicrobial compounds, including antifungal compounds, have been included in the scope of antibiotics. [0003] Since the discovery of the first antibiotic penicillin in 1940 and its clinical application, a new era of antibiotic treatment has begun. Many infectious diseases that once seriously endangered human life and health have been effectively controlled due to the use of antibiotics, and the mortality rate of infants and the infection rate after surgery have been greatly reduced, and the average life expectancy of human beings has also been extended by 15 t...
