Problems solved by technology

However, there are few reports on the synergistic pretreatment of bagasse with NaOH and oxygen-containing reagents.
NaOH pretreatment alone needs to be carried out under high temperature and high pressure conditions, which not only requires high equipment costs, but also removes most of the cellulose, and produces a large amount of fermentation inhibitors

Embodiment 1

[0018] The pretreatment method of enzymolysis and saccharified bagasse described in this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:

[0019] (1) Crushing and sieving the bagasse to obtain a raw material with a particle size of 40 mesh, and drying at 105°C for 24 hours.

[0020] (2) Weigh 5g of bagasse and mix it with 50mL NaOH solution, add it into the autoclave and stir evenly, strictly control the oxygen pressure to 0.1MPa, and pretreat at 90°C for 0.5h. Among them: the mass percentage concentration of NaOH solution is 1%, and the mass volume ratio of bagasse and NaOH solution is 1:10 (w / v).

[0021] (3) Filter the pretreated bagasse, wash the filter bagasse with distilled water until the filtrate is neutral, and dry at 105° C. to constant weight to obtain the pretreated bagasse for later use.

[0022] The dried, pulverized and sieved untreated bagasse and pretreated bagasse samples were dried at 105°C to constant weight, and the content of cellulose, hemicellulo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a pretreatment method for effectively enzymatically hydrolyzing saccharified bagasse. In the method, the bagasse is dried, crushed and screened, and then pretreated with sodium hydroxide and an oxygen-containing reagent. The maximum removal rate of bagasse hemicellulose and lignin after pretreatment can reach 45% and 82%, respectively, and the enzymatic saccharification rate of cellulose exceeds 99%, which is 97% higher than that of untreated bagasse raw material. The method of the invention can effectively destroy the hindrance of hemicellulose and lignin to enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose, improve the anti-enzymatic hydrolysis property of bagasse, and fully increase the saccharification rate of enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose. The bagasse obtained after pretreatment can be used for microbial fermentation of energy chemicals such as ethanol after enzymatic hydrolysis and saccharification, so as to realize the effective utilization of waste bagasse resources.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pretreatment method for enzymolysis and saccharified bagasse, belonging to the field of biomass energy engineering. Background technique [0002] Lignocellulose is the fourth largest resource in the world. It is environmentally friendly, renewable, and has a considerable storage capacity. It is the only renewable resource that can be converted into liquid fuel. With the increasingly intensified energy crisis and environmental pollution brought by fossil resources, the conversion of lignocellulose into various forms of energy (bioethanol, biodiesel, biogas, hydrogen and fuel cells) has attracted widespread attention. [0003] Bagasse is the part obtained after mechanical pressing and extraction of sugarcane. It is the main by-product of the sugarcane sugar industry and an important lignocellulosic raw material. China is the third largest sugarcane planting country after Brazil and India, and the annual output of bagasse in th...
