Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, metal sheets or nets widely used as shielding materials are heavy, and there is a problem that it takes labor and time to arrange them in the casing of the equipment.
In addition, metal sheets or meshes tend to have large anisotropy in the electromagnetic wave absorbing ability, that is, the tendency for the electromagnetic wave absorbing ability to decrease significantly when the incident angle of electromagnetic waves increases.
The electromagnetic waves released by electronic products will bring electromagnetic interference to other electronic devices around them, making them work abnormally; at the same time, they will also cause harm to human health

Abstract

A shielding protective film for an electronic product comprises a PET insulating layer (1), a metal layer (2), a wave-absorbing layer (3) and a release material layer (4), wherein a first adhesive layer (5) is arranged between the PET insulating layer (1) and the metal layer (2), and a second adhesive layer (6) is arranged between the metal layer (2) and the wave-absorbing layer (3). The wave-absorbing layer (3) consists of the following components: 100 parts of wave-absorbing powder, 25-35 parts of butyl acrylate, 12-15 parts of acrylic acid, 20-35 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 10-30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-3 parts of vinyl acetate, 0.1-1 parts of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.5-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate, and 0.4-1 parts of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide. The wave-absorbing powder consists of the following components: 100 parts of barium ferrite powder, 18-25 parts of nickel trioxide, 8-12 parts of graphite nano-powder, 8-12 parts of cobalt chloride, 60-70 parts of unsaturated polyester, and 40-50 parts of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate. The shielding protective film enhances wave-absorbing properties of a protective tape remarkably, and avoids over-concentration of heat, facilitating heat diffusion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of electronic materials, in particular to a shielding protective film for electronic products. Background technique [0002] At present, metal sheets or nets widely used as shielding materials are heavy, and there is a problem that it takes labor and time to arrange them in the casing of the equipment. Furthermore, a metal sheet or mesh tends to have large anisotropy in electromagnetic wave absorbing ability, that is, the tendency for electromagnetic wave absorbing ability to significantly decrease as the incident angle of electromagnetic waves increases. The electromagnetic waves released by electronic products will bring electromagnetic interference to other electronic devices around them, making them work abnormally; at the same time, they will also cause harm to human health. At present, miniaturization and high integration are the mainstream trends in the development of electronic products, and the int...
