A combined heat and power tower type solar thermoelectric generation station comprises a tower, a reflector field, a heat absorber, a generator, a temperature difference engine, a heat exchanger and an insulation water storage tank, wherein the cooler of the temperature difference engine is enclosed in a sealing case body, and at least an inlet and an outlet are arranged in the case body to allow the flow of liquid coolant. The heat exchanger at least comprises a liquid coolant inlet and a liquid coolant outlet to allow flowing of the liquid coolant, and further comprises a cold water inlet and a hot water outlet to allow flowing of water.
