Problems solved by technology

In China, there are also α-radioactive detection of drinking water and α-radioactive detection of solid samples (Li Fang et al., Monitoring of Total A and Total B Radioactivity in Shanghai Air Fallout, Radiation Protection, 2007, 27(4)), Detection of α radioactivity (Xie Wei, Research on Monitoring Methods of Total α and Total β Radioactivity in Solids, Radiation Protection Communication, 2000, 20(3)) These tests require sampling and sample preparation, and the experiment period is long, so they cannot be used as the basis for a sudden nuclear accident. Detection and assessment of nuclear contamination in large numbers of people
However, a rapid detection device with automatic sample change function that can effectively solve the alpha radioactivity of large quantities of human nasal swabs is still a blank. The present invention is aimed at the lack of technical products in this respect, and the nuclear safety issues that increasingly plague the public. Design a device with automatic sample change function for the rapid detection of α radioactivity in a large number of human nasal swabs in the emergency treatment of nuclear accidents
[0003] There are already detectors for α-radiation in the domestic market, but there is no portable automatic sample-changing rapid detection that can detect α-radiation on-site
At the same time, the existing detection devices have relatively strict requirements on samples. For special samples such as nasal swabs, it is very difficult to achieve zero pollution in the whole process of sample loading and testing. The problem to be solved by the invention

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. According to detector and process flow of the present invention, provide following embodiment:

[0023] 1. Collect nasal swab samples from the population to be tested and store them in a special nasal swab sampling box;

[0024] 2. Start the vacuum pump and vacuum for 1 minute;

[0025] 3. Set the parameters of the servo motor, the rotation direction is counterclockwise, and start to do the cycle process of 72° for each rotation and a pause of 3 minutes for the test time;

[0026] 4. Within 3 minutes of the test time, the detector placed on the vacuum chamber is used to detect and store the spectrum;

[0027] 5. During the rotation process, when the partition plate in E area turns to the vent hole of the pneumatic muffler, the E area will automatically deflate;

[0028] 5. When the last sample in the sample box enters the test chamber, replace it with a new sample box...

Abstract

The invention relates to a human nasal swab alpha ray dose fast detector with an automatic sample change function. The fast detector is characterized by automatic sample change and continuous rapid detection, and belongs to the technical field of radiation dose protection. The detector is mainly composed of an alpha ray detection system, a sample frame, a shell, a vacuum system, a servo motor, and a computer. The sample frame disposed in the shell is equally divided into five chambers, and the sample frame can be rotated to make all the chambers reach five positions one after another, namely, a sample introduction position, a vacuum pumping position, a detection position, a vacuum degassing position and a sample discharge position. In the sample introduction and discharge positions, a nasal swab equipped with a bracket is put into an I-shaped slot of the sample or leave the slot and enter a nasal swab collecting box by gravity. The chamber in the vacuum pumping position is connected with a mechanical pump through a three-way pipe, and the other end of the three-way pipe is connected with the chamber in the detection position through a rapid vacuum protection valve. Vacuum sealing is realized through sealing contact between the sample frame and the shell. Alpha ray detection is automatically controlled by the computer. After detection of a sample is completed, the sampling frame is rotated by the servo motor to implement automatic sample change.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of radiation dose protection, in particular to a rapid detection device for human nasal swab α-radiation. Background technique [0002] There are relatively mature methods for the detection of radiation at home and abroad, including detection of different types of radiation, experimental design in the detection process, data processing and error considerations (Nicholas Tsoulfanidis, Sheldon Landsberger, Measurement and detection of radiation, CRC press, 2011) have relatively mature theoretical basis. In China, there are also α-radioactive detection of drinking water and α-radioactive detection of solid samples (Li Fang et al., Monitoring of Total A and Total B Radioactivity in Shanghai Air Fallout, Radiation Protection, 2007, 27(4)), Detection of α radioactivity (Xie Wei, Research on Monitoring Methods of Total α and Total β Radioactivity in Solids, Radiation Protection Communication, 2000, 20(3)) These tests requir...
