Problems solved by technology

[0003] Polymer flooding is a method to enhance oil recovery. Macroscopically, it mainly depends on increasing the viscosity of the displacing fluid and reducing the mobility ratio of the displacing fluid and the displaced fluid, thereby enlarging the swept volume; Due to its inherent viscoelasticity, polymers have a stretching effect on the oil film or oil droplets during the flow process, which increases the carrying capacity and improves the microscopic oil washing efficiency; polymer flooding is currently a relatively mature technology for enhancing oil recovery. However, about 40% of crude oil still cannot be extracted after polymer flooding
The ASP flooding EOR technology was tested and applied in Daqing Oilfield, and the EOR effect was obvious. On the basis of polymer flooding, the EOR was increased by about 10%, but there were serious alkali consumption, serious emulsification, Severe fouling and other problems restrict the application of this method to a certain extent

[0037] 1.1. Based on the principle of comparison with laboratory experiments, an actual geological model in the test block was selected, the well pattern was deployed as a five-point well pattern, and the well spacing was planned to be 125m. The actual geological model area selected is about 1.59km 2 , the model is divided into 4 sublayers, the initial water saturation of the oil layer is 25.34%, the average porosity is 27.75%, and the average permeability is 824.75×10 -3 μm 2 , the initial formation pressure is 10.99MPa, other fluid properties and parameters are based on the actual oilfield data. For the well layout diagram of the simulated block, see figure 1 , a total of 41 wells, including 16 water wells and 25 oil wells.

Abstract

The invention relates to a numerical simulation method for performing oil displacing after polymer flooding by alternatively injecting gel and chemical agent through CMG software. The method comprises the following steps of step one, determining a simulation block; step two, designing a numerical simulation prediction scheme; step three, obtaining results of the numerical simulation prediction scheme and analyzing. According to the method, the CMG numerical simulation software is used, by fitting the displacement process of alternatively injecting the gel and the chemical agent in a test block, and the oil displacing effect of alternatively injecting the gel and the chemical agent in a slug mode after polymer flooding is simulated; influences of different gel slugs, different chemical agent slugs, alternative injecting modes and alternative injecting rounds on recovery efficiency are studied to seek a good method for further extracting remaining oil after polymer flooding and improving the recovery efficiency of crude oil, and certain technical reference is provided for further exploitation of a polymer flooding oil field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical flooding, in particular to a numerical simulation method for alternately injecting gel and chemical agents into oil flooding after polymer flooding by using CMG software. Background technique [0002] Daqing Oilfield has started industrial application of polymer flooding in 1996. At present, the main oil layer has entered the production stage of polymer flooding, and has achieved obvious effects of increasing oil production and reducing water loss. Polymer flooding is the main technical method of tertiary oil recovery. The oil flooding mechanism is clear, the process is relatively simple, and the technology is becoming more and more mature. It is an effective technical measure for enhancing oil recovery. After years of polymer flooding, some blocks have entered the late stage of polymer flooding, and have been transferred to subsequent water flooding. Considering that the final recovery rate of p...
