The water-cooling and air-cooing interactive type heat dissipation device comprises an air cooling system and a water cooling system. The air cooling system comprises a fan, an air guide hood and cooling fins arranged on a cylinder liner and a cylinder cover. The water cooling system comprises a miniature gear pump and a closed-loop pipeline connected with the miniature gear pump. The closed-loop pipeline is attached to the cylinder cover, a power input shaft of the miniature gear pump is connected with an impeller which is located at the outlet end of an exhaust by-pass pipe, and the inlet of the exhaust by-pass pipe is communicated with an exhaust pipe on the cylinder cover. The middle of the exhaust by-pass pipe is provided with a paraffin valve used for monitoring the gas temperature in the exhaust pipe. Through interaction of water-cooling heat dissipation and air-cooling heat dissipation, the heat dissipation speed of an engine in high-load work is increased, the condition that the temperature of the cylinder cover is not evenly distributed is avoided, deformation and gas leakage, caused by the too high temperature of the cylinder cover, of the cylinder cover are avoided, and the condition that multiple portions in a cylinder are ignited in high temperature work is avoided.
