The LED operation lamp comprises a truncated tetrahedron, a metal conductor circuit, three LED patches, a switch and a battery, wherein the truncated tetrahedron is formed by a non-conductive sheet and comprises a bottom face and three side faces, the metal conductor circuit is arranged on the side faces of the tetrahedron, and the metal conductor circuit comprises a center portion located on the bottom face and three far ends which extend to the three side faces from the center portion; the LED patches are arranged on the side faces of the tetrahedron, each LED patch has a positive pole and a negative pole, and the positive pole or the negative pole of each LED patch is electrically connected to one far end of the metal conductor circuit; the switch is arranged on the top end of a truncated part of the tetrahedron and in contact with the far ends of the metal conductor circuit, and therefore the switch is electrically connected with the positive pole or the negative pole of each LED patch; the battery is arranged in the tetrahedron, the negative pole or the positive pole of the battery is directly and electrically connected with the center portion of the metal conductor circuit, and when being turned on, the switch is electrically connected with the positive pole or the negative pole of the battery.
